  • information on work and general experience;
  • information on education and qualifications;
  • data on place of residence and registration.

5. Principles of personal data processing

  • legality and fairness;
  • limitation of processing to specific goals;
  • inadmissibility of merging databases incompatible in purposes;
  • accuracy and relevance of data;
  • storage no longer than required by the purposes.

6. Rights of personal data subjects

Subjects have the right to:

  • receive information on the processing of their data;
  • demand clarification, blocking or destruction of data;
  • withdraw consent to processing;
  • appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or court.

7. Obligations of the Operator

  • ensure confidentiality and security of personal data;
  • publish this Policy in open access;
  • appoint a person responsible for processing organization;
  • take legal, organizational and technical protection measures.

8. Security measures

  • restriction of access to personal data;
  • use of antivirus tools and firewalls;
  • backup and data storage;
  • encryption of transmission channels;
  • regular audit and control.

9. Procedure for publication and amendment of the Policy

9.1. The Policy is posted on the official website of the Operator.

9.2. Amendments are approved by order of the general director and come into force from the moment of publication.
